A DAO’s treasury is its lifeblood. Umbrella utilizes as the multisig of choice for our DAOs due to its lightweight and industry standard solutions. UmbrellaDAO takes advantage of the entire stablecoin and DeFi ecosystem for diversifying its holdings, making risk-adjusted investments, and generating yield.

Challenges in DAO treasury management are now to provide more transparency into asset allocation and spendings in order to assess performance and financial health. Umbrella implements to offer DAO Admins a way to categorize fund inflow and outflow, linking spendings with its associated proposal where relevant.
